WHERE IS THE NAIL COLLECTIVE SALON LOCATED?

 

The Nail Collective is located at 101 South Rainbow Blvd. STE 12, Las Vegas, Nevada 89183. You can find us at the Rainbow Shopping Center directly off of the Rainbow exit on I-95.

 

Our storefront is in the Southeast corner of the parking lot next to Feel The Music Dance Studio and behind Taco Bell.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

 

Currently, we have technicians available Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Walk-in appointments are rare and based on availability/cancellations.

 

Our Nail Technicians have their specialties, which means not all services are available during all working hours. 

 

Please call ahead for availability.

 

DOES THE NAIL COLLECTIVE HAVE PARKING SPACE?

 

Yes, we have plenty of FREE parking spaces around our shop.

 

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DOES THE NAIL COLLECTIVE ACCEPT?

 

The Nail Collective accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Contactless payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash.App. WE ARE CASHLESS and keep no cash on the premises for the safety of our ladies.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO DELAY OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

 

We ask that reschedules are done with at least 24-hour notice — cancellations can be made through your Square booking confirmations sent by text, email, or by calling 702-331-6966.

 

Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. 

 

One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE GUARANTEE?

 

If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after a service has been rendered. 

 

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed to be chip or crack-free for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages.

 

Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $15+ each.

 

Traditional nail polish (applies to Spa Pedicures and Men's Manicures only) services are not guaranteed.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

Yes, we always welcome both walk-ins when possible. However, to get better management and comprehensive experience, we highly recommend you book in advance.

 

Because of our unique service standards and demand, our artists at The Nail Collective are booking up fast.

 

SHOULD I GET NAIL EXTENSIONS/ARTIFICIAL NAILS (ACRYLIC OR GEL) OR NOT?

The best way for The Nail Collective to answer this question is in person.

 

All new clients will have a quick consultation with their selected artist at the start of their appointment. In this consultation, we will assess the health of your nails and provide our most accurate recommendation.

 

If you have healthy nails, any nail enhancement is accessible to you. The type of enhancement will depend on your overall aesthetic, personality, and aftercare routine.

 

HOW MUCH ARE THE DESIGNS?

 

It is difficult to provide solid pricing for designs in general. The Nail Collective menu provides a base price for nail services, but art varies by artist.

 

Many factors go into pricing designs including difficulty, timing, and materials. 

 

Normally, a nail design will start at $15. If you would like an estimate before booking please reach out to us on Instagram and we will consult with your desired artist.

 

DO YOU CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE FOR CALLUS REMOVAL ON A PEDICURE?

 

In general, our spa-style pedicure does not require callus removal services — this means it is not included. If under special circumstances, callus removal is necessary there is an additional fee of $5.00 due to the expense this service incurs.

 

Proper aftercare and frequent pedicures will reduce the need for future callus removal.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR NAIL FIXES?

​

Nail fixes outside of our service guarantee will incur a charge of $10.00 per nail. This charge is necessary because nail fixes can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to repair, cutting into our service times.

 

Nail breaks, chips, and cracks can be prevented with proper aftercare.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SOAKING OFF NAILS?

 

Aside from our Aprés Gel-X nail service (except in the case of transitioning), you will be charged $15 for a normal removal.

 

In the case that your previous nail enhancement was produced with EMA or dip powder, you will be charged $20 for your removal due to difficulty.

 

Transitioning between any nail enhancement is subject to a $15-$20 removal fee due to impacts on our service time.

 

HOW LONG DOES A GEL MANICURE LAST?

 

Our structured gel manicure typically lasts about three weeks for most people. 

The durability of the polish can last much longer, but wear varies based on your activity. Some clients have gone 5 to 6 weeks without chipping.

 

WHAT IS A STRUCTURED GEL MANICURE?

 

This is a Gel Manicure that includes a structured gel base with gel polish. If you are a new client, please allow additional time for consultation and prep. Nail art is not included.

 

CAN I BOOK WITH STEPHANIE ULLRICH?

 

“Unfortunately, my client book has grown beyond my capabilities and I CANNOT accept new clients.

 

With that said, I encourage rebooking after each appointment and pre-booking (as I am currently booked out through January 2025).
